Real Capacity Testing : We will first check the capacity of usb drive chips, only those with full capacity can be passed.

H5 Testing : This is to check if there is any bad sector,and what is the Read and Write speed of the flash drives chips. The flash drive chip that has bad sector in it or doesn't meet the standard on read/write speed is considered as failed on testing. Currently, we can run the testing for 2GB USB Drive 12,000pcs or 4GB USB Drive 6,000 pcs or 8GB USB Drive 3,000pcs in just one working day.

After passing the above 2 tests, the USB Drive will be assembled. And they will be opened and formatted on computers to ensure that all USB Drive's are working perfectly.

Packaging and Delivery : On-Site Inspection is sometimes not enough to guarantee our clients receive the goods in perfect condition if the packing is not properly handled and the carrier is not carefully chosen, that is why we always attach great importance also to packaging of the orders and working directly with DHL China(many other suppliers in China are shipping their goods with DHL Hongkong through the forwarders), so after the order is picked up, client will be given an Airway Bill number to track the shipment immedicately on DHL Website.
